Requisitos:

Job Opportunity: Appointment Setter

  • • As an Appointment Setting Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our team by proactively reaching out to potential clients, nurturing valuable relationships, and efficiently scheduling appointments for our esteemed sales team. This position offers the flexibility to work either in our office environment or remotely from the comfort of your own home office. (Client is a women-owned business and are particularly interested in welcoming talented and goal-oriented females to join our dynamic team)

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Identify and pursue appointments through multiple channels, including phone and email.
  • • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to secure appointments.
  • • Maintain outbound and inbound calls to meet set quotas and targets.
  • • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
  • • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better understand clients' needs and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • • Exceptional communication skills.
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • • Previous experience in appointment setting or sales preferred but not required.

Working Hours:

  • • Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 4:30 pm (No Nights or Weekends)
  • • $245 per hour and opportunity to unlock commissions
