In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our sales strategy, ensuring customers are informed about special promotions and smoothly transitioning interested individuals to our sales team for closing.
Responsibilities:
- • Proactively reach out to our existing customer base through outbound calls, sparking renewed interest in our products.
- • Clearly communicate the benefits and special offers of our products, enticing customers to learn more.
- • Seamlessly connect interested customers with our sales team to finalize sales.
- • Consistently meet or exceed your call and appointment-setting targets, contributing to our overall sales goals.
- • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes, providing valuable insights for strategy optimization.
- • Collaborate with our sales team to enhance calling strategies and customer engagement tactics.
- • Tackle customer inquiries and objections with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- • What We're Looking For:
- • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting, thriving in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
- • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with stellar verbal communication skills.
- • Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating various digital tools and platforms.
- • A driven individual focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- • Resilient in the face of rejection, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- • A keen understanding of customer psychology and a confident sales approach.
- • Proven track record of sales success and a results-focused mindset.
- • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in closing sales and overcoming customer objections.
- • A commitment to personal development, open to feedback, and eager to grow your sales expertise.
- • Able to work independently from home, with a suitable office setup.
- • Technical Requirements:
- • A computer with Windows 10 Version 21H1 or newer, at least 8 GB RAM, and a modern processor.
- • Stable internet via Ethernet or LAN, with a minimum 50 Mbps speed, preferably Fiber.
- • A noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- • Reliable antivirus software for virtual meetings.
- • Prepared for any power or connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted work.
Benefits:
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-time Freelance (40 hours/week), permanently remote.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligning with US Eastern Standard Time.
Compensation: $6 USD/hour plus commission bonuses, with weekly payments via Wise.
