Experience in Call Center (preferred)

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Focus on customer service (depending on the business line assigned)

Ability to grasp new work procedures quickly.

Ability to solve problems in a fast multi-tasking environment

Strong listening skills
Actividades a realizar:
Contact customer via phone and email to provide support regarding purchases and issues they have. Provide customer attention in a manner that is professional and competent. Intermediate to advanced english required both in phone and writing.
Pays RD $125.00 per hour + RD $22.00 incentives. Company benefits include:
