Requisitos:

- • Experience in customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer experience
- • Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve customer issues effectively
- • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- • Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages a plus
- • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
